225g Margerine
225g Caster Sugar
4 eggs, beaten
100g Plain Flour
50g Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
80g Walnuts, roughly chopped
1. Margerine + Caster sugar + Egg, mix well.
2. Stir in remaining ingrediants.
3. Pour into a baking dish.
4. Bake in microwave oven, using low rack, 14-17 minutes on Simul (Dual) Convec (220C Med-Low)
因为是第一次烘焙Brownie,所以尝试用四分之一的材料试验。同时缩短烘焙时间至6分钟。
之前看过一位蛋糕师傅,制作了Brownie的Topping时,冲泡少许的咖啡、溶化一些巧克力,混合之后淋在蛋糕上面,会让蛋糕增添淡淡咖啡香和更浓郁的巧克力味道。
很高兴的,我成功了!趁温热吃很好味道,只可惜少了雪糕,不然就更完美了!哈哈!
